RETURN & REFUND CONDITIONS
1. If the product has a quality problem, we can easily arrange an exchange within 30 days for you.
2. If the customer orders the wrong size/color or does not like the item, we can also allow a return or refund. In this case, all returns shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense. Refunds will be of the product price only and all shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
5. Items returned must be in unused/good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of defected lens. We will solve it after checking. Please do not throw the lens and lens package before your problem is solved because we have several different packages(brands).
Replace, return or refund is not available if you damage the product intentionally.
Return & Refund Process
1. Please send an email to [email protected] first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.
Please tell us the details in the email: order number, your name, proof of purchase, video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable), order number and reason.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us
4. We receive your return package.
We will check the parcel whether in good or not and then we will handle the refund once to your account in accordance with the return conditions.
Rules of cancellation
Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
